The 2017 Annual Edition Star / Snowflake Christmas Ornament, designed by Verena Castelein, is the 26th issue in the hugely popular annual series of holiday ornaments.

Measuring approximately 3 x 2 3/8 x 1/4 inches, the faceted clear crystal star features six long and six short extensions. It has a metal tag with the year 2017, and a white satin ribbon for hanging on the tree or an ornament display.

A Golden Shadow colored version of this ornament was issued as the ninth in an ongoing series of SCS member-exclusive annual edition ornaments.
