Shipping within Canada

For our Canadian customers we are happy to accept payment in Canadian dollars, but at this time we can only offer this option by prior arrangement. If you wish to pay in Canadian dollars, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping to the US

Standard shipping to the US includes tracking. Shipping prices include insurance & US tariffs.

We are happy to ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Other shipping options are available upon request. If you require faster delivery, please contact us for an alternative shipping quote to your destination.

US regulations require that all orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes, or tariffs, charged by your country. Tariffs must be prepaid and will be included in the shipping charge. Customs documents will reflect the actual purchase price, excluding shipping cost. Please do not ask us to undervalue the shipment or to declare your purchase a gift.

Please note that tariff and related fees are non-refundable, as they are required to facilitate clearance 
at the U.S.–Canada border and are therefore not eligible for tariff refunds.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide. As international shipping costs vary greatly by destination and service type, we are not able to provide flat shipping rates on our website for shipments outside of Canada and the US.
