Introduced in 1990 and retired in 1994, the two piece set of Houses I & II was designed by Gabriele Stamey for the Silver Crystal City theme group.

Measuring 1 1/4" and 7/8" respectively, the houses are an incredibly rare find.

The larger house has a tiny chip on the edge of one of the upper windows (please see photos).
