Introduced in 2000 and retired in 2009, the Snowman was designed by Edith Mair for the Cheerful Times theme group.

Measuring 2 1/4" high, with the body in clear faceted crystal and matte crystal face and hands, this adorable snow man has a carrot nose in Sun crystal and buttons in Jet crystal. He wears a frosted crystal scarf and sleeves or cuffs, and holds two snowballs in Aquamarine crystal. 

He comes complete in his original labelled box with COA. The underside of the top piece of foam has been cut out, we think to accommodate the nose.

There is a small chip on the front, at the edge of the base, below the buttons (see close up photo).
