Introduced in 1990 and retired in 1992, the Kingfisher was one of four birds designed by Michael Stamey for the "Up in the Trees" theme group.
Measuring approx 2 1/8" high, the kingfisher features a clear faceted crystal body with a frosted crystal beak. Like the other three birds in the series - owl, parrot, and toucan - he is perched on a frosted base.
We found one fleabite (possibly a tiny chip) on one cheek, and a pinpoint size fleabite near the tail. Photos coming soon!
