Introduced in 1992 and retired in 2007, the Hummingbird was one of a series of four pieces designed by Claudia Scheiderbauer for the "Among Flowers and Foliage" theme group. It was subsequently moved to the "Feathered Beauties" theme group before retiring.
The hummingbird measures 2 3/8" high and features a fully faceted clear crystal body and wings with an unfaceted clear crystal beak and jet crystal eyes. It sits on a frosted leaf base, and is hovering over one of the two clear crystal flowers which are attached to the base.
We found two pin point size fleabites on one of the two flowers.
The bird had come unglued from the base, but has been reattached by Swarovski.
