Introduced in 2008 and retired in 2010, the Hoopoes was designed by Elisabeth Adamer for the Feathered Beauties theme group.

The Hoopoes has been signed by the designer (see photos).

Measuring approx 3 1/4" x 3 7/8", the hoopoes have faceted clear crystal bodies and feature crowns in Medium Topaz crystal, Black Diamond crystal beaks, and tails in Jet and clear crystal. They are perched on a matte crystal branch.

Comes complete with original inner and outer boxes with COA.

We did find a few small fleabites and some rough edges (closeup photos coming soon).

There is one fleabite on the chest of the left bird that may be visible under normal display conditions (please see closeup photo).

We also found what appear to be tiny scratches on the large comb, but we believe these are factory flaws, possibly in the application of the colour coating.
