Introduced in 2011 and retired in 2012, the title plaque for the Lady and the Tramp collection was a team design.

The title plaque is approx 1 7/8" x 3/4" (4.7 x 1.9 cm) and is created in Crystal Golden Shadow, it's diamond shape inspired by the Disney figurines’ dog tag. The words "Disney's Lady and the Tramp" are printed in black on the smooth front.
