The 1995 Annual Edition Star / Snowflake Christmas Ornament was the fifth issue in the series.

Designed by Martin Zendron, the clear faceted crystal ornament is about 3 1/8" in diameter and features eight long points.

It has the year of issue on a silver toned metal tag, and It comes with a ribbon for hanging on the tree or an ornament display.

No outer box for this ornament was issued by the manufacturer.

There is some staining on the bottom edge of the box, and 1995 is written in green marker on the front of the box. 

There is a small chip on the back of the end of the tip at the 3:00 position, and one pinpoint fleabite on the front.
