All prices on this website are in $USD, and all payments are automatically processed in $USD unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept Visa and Mastercard online through our secure payment processor online, or by phone. We can also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards through Paypal.

How can you be sure that you're on a secure web page? Look for the https:// in your address bar and the little lock to the left of it. You can click on the lock to confirm that the page is secure.

Canadian customers: We are now able to accept credit card payments in Canadian dollars, saving you credit card currency conversion fees and/or transaction fees!

At this time we can only offer this option by prior arrangement. This option is not available for PayPal payments. Please contact us for details, or for more information, prior to placing your order.

Alternate methods of payment, such as layaway, are available by prior arrangement, please contact us prior to placing your order.

For your security we recommend you never send personal or credit card information through email.


Customer Accounts

Prior to and during checkout, you will be given the option of creating a customer account. This is entirely optional - you do not need to create an account with us to use this website or to complete a purchase. You can complete your order as a guest if you prefer through our Express Checkout.

However, creating an account with us will give you access to all of our features, including the ability to check the status of your orders online.


Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on purchases being shipped outside of Canada.

Within Canada – GST/HST as applicable will be added to your total invoice (item plus shipping).

Within Ontario – 13% HST will be added to your total invoice (item plus shipping).

GST/HST is calculated based on the shipping address for all Canadian orders.

Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes charged by your country. Customs documents will reflect the actual purchase price, excluding shipping cost. Please do not ask us to undervalue the shipment or to declare your purchase a gift.


A confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. This email is to confirm that we have received your order, it does not guarantee that an item is in stock. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received.

Availability and prices are subject to change without notice, and all items are subject to prior sale. As limited quantities of each product listed is in stock and available for sale - usually only one of each item is available - products may sell out before the website has updated. Should an item no longer be available, we will contact you at the email address you provided when you placed your order.

Return Policy

It’s simple: your purchase is guaranteed to be as we described.

Should you ever receive an item that is not as described, please contact us for return authorization within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Return shipping instructions will be sent along with your return authorization.

Your item(s) will have non-permanent removable security markings. This mark is your assurance that the piece has been thoroughly inspected by us. Once you have inspected the piece(s) and are satisfied with your purchase, the markings can be easily removed with a damp cloth.

This security mark must remain intact for all returns. If this mark is not present the item(s) cannot be returned.

All returned items must include the original shipping packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs. If Free Shipping was offered, we will deduct the actual original shipping cost. We do not offer exchanges, as most of our items are one of a kind.

If returning a product which included any promotional or bonus items, such as gifts with purchase, these items must be returned along with the original item purchased.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable for all returns unless we have made an error.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. No restocking fee will apply if we have made an error.
