As with any hand-made or hand-finished products, small imperfections are quite normal. Here you will find great deals on a variety of Swarovski crystal items that have small flaws or imperfections in the crystal.

Ninety-nine percent of collectors would still consider these pieces to be in "mint condition". So why do we separate these items? 

As collectors ourselves, we are part of that one percent who wants to know about any flaws or imperfections. We know how difficult it can be to purchase Swarovski crystal - or indeed any collectibles - online, when you can't see it or inspect it prior to purchasing it. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and for this reason we use actual photos of actual products to show you exactly what the item looks like.

The products in this section have small imperfections - not damage - most of which will not be visible when the piece is displayed. All the details will be in the item description, along with photos wherever possible.
